This 25^th Anniversary Guide and accompanying documents and mementos were distributed to guests at the Magic Kingdom’s 25^th Anniversary Welcome Center. The collection includes the eighteen-page guide itself, which provides an overview of all resort offerings; a guest welcome card; and Guest of Honor I.D. card and badge (with adhesive indicating year of guest’s first visit).

The celebration officially lasted from October 1, 1996, through January 31, 1998. Many new attractions debuted resort-wide in honor of the occasion, and Cinderella Castle was famously (or infamously) made-over into a giant, pink birthday cake.
