This twenty-two panel (front and back) brochure was distributed to guests of the Magic Kingdom’s EPCOT Center Preview Center in the year leading up to the October 1, 1982, opening of the resort’s second park.

The full-color brochure features concept artwork and scale-model photos of the new park, alongside brief descriptions of some of the specific pavilions and attractions, and represents a unique collector’s item from the lead-up to Walt’s most ambitious dream finally being realized (albeit in a much-compromised form).
