Disneyland Ticket Book Flyer (1974)

This six-paneled ticket-book flyer, entitled “Three Wonderful Ways to Enjoy Disneyland,” provides information to park guests on available ticketing options, as well as guided tours, operating hours, and entertainment offerings.

The first “wonderful way” to enjoy the park is through a two-hour personally guided tour, at the price of $7.50 for adults, $4.50 for children, as explained in the flyer’s interior, the second being either the “Big 11” or “Deluxe 15” ticket book, priced as follows.

THE BIG 11 TICKET BOOK (Includes admission to Disneyland, plus admission to 11 Disneyland attractions)

ADULT…($11.15 VALUE)…PRICE $6.00

JUNIOR…($10.15 VALUE)…PRICE $5.50

CHILD…($7.75 VALUE)…PRICE $5.00

THE DELUXE 15 TICKET BOOK (Includes admission to Disneyland, plus admission to 15 Disneyland attractions)

ADULT…($13.35 VALUE)…PRICE $7.00

JUNIOR…($12.35 VALUE)…PRICE $6.50

CHILD…($9.85 VALUE)…PRICE $6.00

At this stage, the Disneyland ticket book was over two-thirds of the way through its lifespan. Begun in October 1955, the system would be completely phased out by the early 1980s.

This flyer, printed mid-summer 1974, also promotes the special hours and entertainment offerings for the season, as well as the park’s newest attraction, America Sings, located in Tomorrowland.
