Like the previous week’s guide, the cover reflects the addition of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, which opened in the place of Fantasyland’s Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride just four months earlier, on June 4, 1999.

The only changes from the week before (9/27 – 10/3), besides the switch from a red to blue color-scheme, are adjustments to the Shows and Parades schedule, as well as the addition of an advertisement for the weekend performances of the Main Street Electrical Parade.
